Open positions
Maisie Griffiths, Data Protection Officer“When I joined Ravelin, I was uncertain if it would meet its reputation, but it quickly became apparent that it wasn't an overstatement. Despite working remotely, I received a warm welcome from my colleagues, and the company culture exceeded my expectations.
Unlike other places where employee care is just talk, Ravelin demonstrates its commitment through policies, benefits, and the attitude of everyone, from managers to executives. I genuinely feel I can express myself freely without fear of judgement, and it's clear we're all united in pursuing the same goal, regardless of our backgrounds or identities.”
Joh Akaishi, Data Scientist"There's something to be learned from every situation and person; the good, bad or uncomfortable. Especially the bad or uncomfortable."
Mark Doherty , Senior Product Support Analyst"Ravelin is easily the best company I have worked for. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly and supportive during the onboarding process and beyond. When I started, I almost didn't know what to make of it.
People were quick to help and offer support, the company made sure I was getting all my benefits and even helped me get a good home office set up. Even when I was asking what felt like obvious questions, everyone was happy to help!"
Katharina Simmons, Director of Investigations"At Ravelin, the culture is amazing, and my piece of advice is to trust that the people here are truly lovely. This is difficult to observe when everyone is remote and you cannot meet everyone in real life. I genuinely could not ask for a better team to work with."
“Ravelin people genuinely care about the human aspects of work. Health and happiness are a large part of the founders' motivation.”Phil Pearl, Principal Software Engineer
Zaid Sulaiman, Ravelin Alumnus"Be nice. We want everyone to be happy and comfortable at Ravelin, no matter who you are. It doesn't matter how good or clever you are – that doesn't get you a free pass. The most important thing is that you're respectful and nice to your colleagues. It's OK to disagree, but how you disagree matters."
Nina Nduwayo, Senior Data Scientist"I would definitely recommend joining socials – they're a great way to meet other Ravelinos!"
“Everyone feels they are actually contributing to the company's success.”Charlie Walker, VP Sales
“The engineering culture at Ravelin is fantastic. Our CEO is a former engineer so the business gets it from the top down. It celebrates when things go right and understands when things go wrong.”Jonathan MacDougall, CTO
“I feel so lucky to be working for Ravelin, where you genuinely look forward to work every day. Everyone is incredibly smart and helpful, contributing as a team to Ravelin's success.”Catherine Jones, Product Director
“I feel like I am making a difference, helping fight the bad guys.”Elliot Thiry, Head of Pre-Sales
“Each day at Ravelin is unique. Between that and the amazing workplace culture that exists, I couldn't ask for a better place to work.”Khush Vekaria, Finance Manager
“People are committed and work hard, but also understand there's more to life than work. I've worked in a few startups and Ravelin has the best understanding of that balance.”Mark Barlow, CPO
Helena Hughes, Senior Talent Partner"Ravelin is unlike any company I have ever worked at. I am constantly impressed by everyone's passion and aptitude for what they do and how lovely everyone is.
It is a very autonomous environment and you are trusted to do your work to the best of your ability for a product you believe in."
Paul Morrison, Data Scientist"Reflecting on my first month as a Ravelino, I was impressed with the remote onboarding process and how even though I was far away from the team physically, early on I felt so comfortable with the level of support and resources available to me.
Through the various intro sessions and online socials with different departments, it was brilliant to develop a personal relationship with a variety of people and get a real feel for the culture here."
Remi Crocker, Ravelin Alumna"Ravelin is the only place I’ve worked where I forget that I’m “working” - since I’ve joined it’s felt like I’m just spending time with friends working together on interesting problems. The people around me inspire me every day and I’m constantly learning from them.
There’s something special about the culture here, and I think it boils down to valuing genuine empathy, a healthy appreciation of the correct balance of hard work and fun, and a blameless, problem-solving camaraderie that’s present in everything we do.”
Mairtin O'Riada , COO"What is now proved was once only imagined."
Alfred Hughes, CSO (Chief Sniffing Officer)"Woof woof, woof woof!"
